Adhesive Closure Abbey offers 2 pressure sensitive adhesive strengths “Resealable” and “Permanent”. Resealable – has a light adhesive strength Permanent – has a very strong adhesive strength # We strongly suggest on placement of your order that you request a stock sample to test our product for your application. # These tapes are pressure sensitive so they require pressure to be applied over the glue line to aid in its application. Punching Abbey offers punching for tapered flaps and 7 hole punch for ring binders. Punching we don’t have can be manufactured depending on the type of punching shape and position large costs can be involved. Please Note: Polypropylene is a slippery material which is great for packing but very difficult for a high speed machinery to control so all sizes will have variance, so unless notified of your tolerances our standard tolerances will apply. Product codes and sizes are used as a guide only. If we are asked to quote on a pocket with tape. The tape will be resealable and we will use the sizes given as the actual pocket size an add a flap of 25 – 30mm as a standard depending on wastage. Our stock range is manufactured from super thick 120 micron clear polypropylene. All sizes manufactured are subject to a small variance in size. All stock sized envelopes are supplied with a 30mm flap except for the A4 size which has a 25mm flap. |
